As renewable energy is such a high-growth sector, we are actively focusing on more international recruitment campaigns.

Are there any opportunities for entry-level candidates with no prior experience in renewable energy?

Yes, especially in O&M.

There are no barriers to entry other than some roles will require specific certification, ie the GWOs mentioned earlier.

Yes, you can read our Great Recruiter reviews here and our Google reviews here.

How does your agency match candidates to specific renewable energy jobs?

Astute’s Nuclear division provides expert recruitment solutions to the nuclear industry.

With our company name based on a nuclear-class submarine, it’s no surprise that our Nuclear division is at the heart of the business. Our expert consultants recruit multiple skillsets across Nuclear Energy, Nuclear Construction, Research and Development, Decommissioning and Waste Management and are proud to partner with some of the leading employers to supply top talent.

Nuclear energy is key to the USA and Canada achieving their clean, low carbon energy goals, and helping to tackle the growing threat of global warming. According to the U.S. Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI), almost 100,000 people are directly employed in long-term jobs within the U.S. nuclear energy sector. However, with a skilled but ageing workforce, there is a huge skills gap which needs to be bridged. With the development of a new generation of nuclear power plants, including small modular reactors (SMR), the number of jobs available within the industry is set to increase significantly.

Are there any international opportunities available in the nuclear power sector through your agency?
